Questions
What do I need to start?+
Any one of three things: a 3D file straight from your CAD tool, a couple of product photos, or a written description. More reference material makes the film more faithful, but one photo is enough to begin.
How long does a film take?+
Most finish in ten to twenty minutes. You can leave the tab and come back — the film is waiting in your history.
What if the film isn't right?+
Tell it what to change in plain language. Say the first two shots are good but the third should pull back further, and only the third shot is refilmed — the rest of the film stays exactly as it was.
What uses up my monthly allowance?+
Finished films. Longer films and higher quality tiers use more of it than short ones at Standard, and the studio shows you roughly how many more films you have before you commit to each one. Shots that fail are never counted against you.
Can I use the films commercially?+
Yes. Films you make are yours to use in listings, ads, and anywhere else you sell — on both plans.
Can I cancel?+
Any time, from the billing portal in your settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Prices in USD, billed monthly. Cancel any time from the billing portal.
